If you’re a consumer, it’s easy to create a GEDD STORE account. Simply click on LOGIN / REGISTER link to Create an Account by entering your email address, a password will be send to your email. Each time you visit our website, Sign In to access all your account information, purchase GEDD STORE products, and more.

Once you Sign In to your GEDD STORE account, click Account Settings to update your email address.

PLACING AN ORDER

Our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently; therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. But we’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. Please contact us at info@geddstore.com.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit/debit cards and Paypal.

When you place an order, your credit card is pre-authorized. Your credit card will be charged when your order is shipped. PLEASE NOTE that the charge will appear on your credit card statement as Noriega Holdings LLC.

SHIPPING

Shipping typically occurs within 72 hours of order placement, however, please allow up to 5-10 days for delivery. Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally at this time. Delivery is limited to the 50 United States and we cannot ship to APO or FPO addresses at this time. When shipping to Alaska or Hawaii, additional shipping charges will apply. Shipping cost is based off order total for standard products. GEDD STORE reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time without prior notice.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

In extremely rare cases, an item might be listed as in stock; however, due to traffic and multiple customers ordering the same product at the same time, the product may be backordered. If this occurs, you will be notified and given the option to keep your order on file until the item returns to stock, cancel your order or replace the item with another.
